A step-by-step walk through the sale process
Find below the different steps to order your Hospitality Pass or Package. Please note you need a Tomorrowland Company Account to place an order in the Tomorrowland Winter Hospitality Sale.
All Hospitality Passes and Packages for Tomorrowland Winter 2026 will go on sale on September 2, 2025 - 15:00 CEST.
You can only book a Hospitality Pass or Package in case you have a Tomorrowland Company Account.
If you don't have a Tomorrowland Company Account yet, you can create one below.
Prepare for the Tomorrowland Winter Hospitality Sale by reading about the different Payment Methods and Conditions.
Lodging included
Packages always include lodging, access to Tomorrowland Winter and a lift and ski pass. - You can add a Hospitality Upgrade to your Package.
On the day of the sale, go to your Tomorrowland Company Account and click on the link to access the Tomorrowland Winter Sale.
Select your transportation, lodging, your Tomorrowland Pass (with or without Hospitality Upgrade), and if you wish, add cancellation insurance.
If the Package you want is available, proceed to the next step by clicking "Complete your order".
If your Package is not available or you still want to change something, you can click "Clear your basket" and start over.
The Main Buyer's Information (Company name, VAT number, first name, last name, address, phone, email, gender, and date of birth) will be automatically filled in with the details from your Tomorrowland Account.
Select your payment method and don't forget to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Tomorrowland Winter and Sunweb. You have 20 minutes to complete your order. Make sure you already have the correct customer details before the start of the sale. "Proceed to payment" when you want to finalize your order.
The last step is to pay for your Package. At the moment of purchase, you have to make a prepayment of at least 30% up to a maximum of € 2500 with a debit or credit card.The remaining balance of your Package needs to be paid within 30 days after purchase via debit or credit card.
Available Payment Methods: VISA, Mastercard, iDeal.
You need to complete each transaction at once. Using multiple cards for 1 transaction is not possible. It is however possible to complete the prepayment and remaining balance with different cards.
Check if the spending limit of your debit or credit card is high enough and that you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank.
Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your order will automatically be cancelled.
If your payment is accepted, confirmation of your order will appear on your screen. It can take up to 5 hours after booking before you receive your booking confirmation via email with the details of your order.
For each ticket, you need to fill in the name and email address of your friends in the Manage My Booking platform.
Until November 30, 2025, customization can be done free of charge on the Manage My Booking platform.
From December 1, 2025, to January 15, 2026, the Main Buyer may request a name change. A name change fee of €350 will be charged.
In case of non-payment of the remaining balance, your prepayment will not be refunded.
In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation cost will be charged (based upon the total amount of your Package):
- 70% cancellation fee until November 1, 2025.
- 80% cancellation fee until December 1, 2025.
- 90% cancellation fee until January 1, 2026.
- 100% cancellation fee from February 1, 2026.
Without lodging
Passes always include access to Tomorrowland Winter and a lift and ski pass. - You can add a Hospitality Upgrade to your Pass.
On the day of the sale, go to your Tomorrowland Company Account and click on the link to access the Tomorrowland Winter Sale.
Select your preferred Festival Pass during this stage. If you wish to add a Hospitality Upgrade, make sure to choose it now—upgrades are not possible after purchase.
You need to verify your personal details.
You must pay your Festival Pass immediately or your order will be cancelled and your Passes will go back on sale.
Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium).
If not, please contact your bank.
Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email for your order from Paylogic. It might take up to one hour after placing your order, before you receive your confirmation email.
In this email you can find your order number, save this email until the end of the festival.
Each Festival Pass must be personalized. Please provide the full name and email address for each guest. The personalization deadline can be found in your confirmation email from Paylogic.
Your E-tickets will be sent out a few weeks before the event.
We are sorry to inform you that all Festival Pass purchases are final. It is not possible to change, upgrade or cancel your Pass after your purchase.
