Personalization

More information on how to personalize your Festival Passes and Packages.

Before entering the festival site, the identity of each visitor will be verified. You need to personalize all your tickets. Every single ticket needs to be addressed to an individual visitor. If the name on your ID does not match the name on your Tomorrowland Bracelet, access to the festival will be denied.

Festival Packages - lodging included

STEP 1

After you have purchased your Package, you will receive a confirmation email with your Package overview and the deadline for the personalization. 
Go to Manage My Booking to personalize your order.

STEP 2

For each ticket, you need to fill in the following personal details:

  • first name

  • last name

  • email

  • phone

  • gender

  • date of birth

STEP 3

If you booked Comfort Passes, you need to assign these to the correct person.
If you booked multiple rooms in one've order, you need to assign these to the correct person.

STEP 4

You can only save the personalization when all the information of the entire order is completed.

Important!

  • You need to personalize each ticket in your order. You can find the personalization deadline in your confirmation email.

  • Every single ticket needs to be addressed to one individual. 
    Until November 30, 2025, the personalization can be done free of charge in the Manage My Booking platform.
    From December 1, 2025, until January 15, 2026, the Main Buyer can request a name change. A name change fee of €350 will be charged.

  • Each ticket needs to be personalized. Tomorrowland has the right to cancel an order in case it was not personalized within the deadline. Not personalizing your order does not automatically lead to cancellation.

  • If you have cancellation insurance, the names attached to the insurance cannot be changed.


Festival Passes - without lodging

STEP 1

After you've purchases your Festival Passes, you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with a link to personalize your tickets. The personalization deadline will be mentioned in the email.

STEP 2

Once you click the link in the Paylogic email or go to the "Tickets" section in your Tomorrowland Account at the start of the personalization period, you will be able to claim a ticket for yourself or send (a) ticket(s) to a friend. 

Your friend(s) will then receive an email with a notification that you, as the Main buyer, have sent them a ticket that they can personalize in their name via their Tomorrowland Account.

As long as your friend does not personalize their ticket, you will be able to revoke their ticket and send it to another friend.

For each ticket, you or your friend(s) will need to fill in the following personal details:

  • First name

  • Family name

  • Address

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Nationality

  • Country of residence

STEP 3 

Please double-check the personal details per ticket. No changes are possible after personalization.

STEP 4

Once all your tickets are personalized, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets. The Main Buyer will also be able to download the e-tickets in their Tomorrowland Account. 

Important!

  • All tickets must be personalized. You can find the personalization deadline in your Paylogic confirmation email. If your order is not personalized during the time frame stated in your Paylogic confirmation email, Tomorrowland reserves the right to cancel your order and offer your ticket(s) for sale again. In this case, Tomorrowland will execute a refund to the Main Buyer (excluding the ticket refund fee).

  • No name changes are possible after the personalization period. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to one single individual. If the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the name on the ID, access will be denied.

  • You will receive your e-tickets after personalization.
