How to pay and important conditions when ordering your Festival Tickets and Packages

Festival Packages
At the moment of purchase, you have to make a prepayment of at least 40% up to a maximum of €2500.
The remaining balance of your package needs to be paid within 30 days after purchase.
• The prepayment needs to be completed with one card. The remaining balance also needs to be completed with one card, but it can be a different card than used during the prepayment.
• Check if the spending limit of your debit or credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank.
• Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.
Please note, a cancellation is never free of charge:
• In case of non-payment of the remaining balance, your prepayment will not be refunded.
• In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation cost will be charged (based upon the total amount of your package):
o 70% before November 1, 2026
o 80% before December 1, 2026
o 90% before February 1, 2027
o 100% as from February 1, 2027
Add-On Sale orders are to be paid immediately and cannot be cancelled.

Festival Tickets
• You must pay your Festival Ticket immediately or your order will be cancelled and your tickets will go back on sale.
• Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). If not, please contact your bank.

Tomorrowland reserves the right to cancel any Festival Ticket or purchase that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, or for technical reasons.
In such cases, the purchase price will be refunded to the main buyer only, minus a cancellation fee of €10 per cancelled ticket and taking into account any applicable Treasure Case fee refund.

If you are unable to attend Tomorrowland Winter 2027, you can place your ticket(s) on the official Exchange Desk, available exclusively for Festival Tickets without accommodation purchased directly from the festival organizer via Paylogic (not for Sunweb Packages with accommodation, nor for tickets purchased through the Business Sales platform).
The Exchange Desk will be accessible in the main buyer’s Tomorrowland Account from October 10, 2026 until January 20, 2027 - 23:59 CET. Registering tickets is final and cannot be undone. Once listed, your Festival Tickets will be re-offered for sale, but resale is not guaranteed.
If your ticket is sold, you will be notified by email no later than one week before the event. Refunds are processed within 4–6 weeks after tickets are sold, with a €10 fee per ticket deducted from the refunded amount.
