Your Guide to a magical festival experience

Working at a mountain festival requires careful planning, adaptability, and a strong sense of camaraderie. Alongside the entire crew and partners, the collective goal is to make a positive impact because we Love Tomorrow.

“You are the ambassador of a good and sustainable experience”

Pack light and buy responsibly

  • Only bring the necessities, much easier, lighter, and better for the environment because you use less fuel.

  • Be thrifty with ski equipment, you don’t need new gear every year. Invest in high quality and sustainable materials, buy second hand, or rent your clothing.

Reduce, reuse, recycle

  • Reduce packaging as much as possible and invest in reusable packaging.

  • At Tomorrowland Winter, recycling is a must! Separate your plastic bottles, cans and beverage containers and don’t leave anything lying around.

Transport

  • Carpool with your friends to reduce your carbon footprint. It’s the minimum you can do and it is way more fun!

  • In Alpe d’Huez, let’s ditch the car for a while and go for shuttles driving you on sustainable fuel or go for a walk.

  • Plan logistics well in advance, consider the type of terrain, availability of transportation, and any restrictions. Opt for lightweight and durable equipment.

Energy and water use

  • Smartly manage the lights and heating in your accommodation. It’s those little things that matter!

  • Use water responsibly. Avoid unnecessary water consumption and limit your shower time.

Always respect the mountains

  • Respect wildlife and flora; observe from a distance without disturbing their habitat.

  • Do not use products that harm nature and/or the mountains.

Community Respect and Local Support

  • Support local businesses and prioritize sustainable materials.

  • Foster respectful and consensual interactions among all participants.

  • Seek assistance from staff and offer help to others in need within the festival community.
