How to pay and important conditions when ordering your Festival Passes and Packages
Learn how to securely pay for your Festival Passes and Packages, and review the key terms and conditions that apply to your order. Make sure you're fully informed before completing your booking.

At the moment of purchase, you have to make a prepayment of at least 30% up to a maximum of €2500.
The remaining balance of your Package needs to be paid within 30 days after purchase.
The prepayment needs to be completed with one card. The remaining balance also needs to be completed with one card, but it can be a different card than used during the prepayment.
Check if the spending limit of your debit or credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank.
Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.
Please note, a cancellation is never free of charge:
- In case of non-payment of the remaining balance, your prepayment will not be refunded.
- In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation cost will be charged (based upon the total amount of your Package):
o 70% before November 1, 2025
o 80% before December 1, 2025
o 90% before February 1, 2026
o 100% as from February 1, 2026
Add-On Sale orders are to be paid immediately and cannot be cancelled.

You must pay your Festival Pass immediately or your order will be cancelled and your Passes will go back on sale.

Tomorrowland reserves the right to cancel any Festival Pass or purchase that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, or for technical reasons.
In such cases, the purchase price will be refunded to the Main Buyer only, minus a cancellation fee of €10 per cancelled ticket and taking into account any applicable Treasure Case Fee refund.

If you are unable to attend Tomorrowland Winter 2026, you can place your Festival Pass(es) on the official Exchange Desk, available exclusively for Festival Passes without accommodation purchased directly from the festival organizer via Paylogic (not for Sunweb Packages with accommodation).
The Exchange Desk will be accessible in the Main Buyer’s Tomorrowland Account from September 27, 2025 until January 5, 2026 - 13:00 CET. Registering Passes is final and cannot be undone. Once listed, your Festival Passes will be re-offered for sale, but resale is not guaranteed.
If your Pass is sold, you will be notified by email no later than one week before the event. Refunds are processed within 4–6 weeks after Passes are sold, with a €10 fee per ticket deducted from the refunded amount.
