Festival Packages

<h2>Festival Packages - accommodation included</h2><h4>Prepayment</h4><p>At the moment of purchase, you have to make a prepayment of at least 30% up to a maximum of €2500.</p><p></p><h4>Remaining balance</h4><p>The remaining balance of your Package needs to be paid within 30 days after purchase.</p><p></p><h4>Payment Methods</h4>

<p></p><h4>IMPORTANT</h4><p>The prepayment needs to be completed with one card. The remaining balance also needs to be completed with one card, but it can be a different card than used during the prepayment.</p><p>Check if the spending limit of your debit or credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank. <br><br>Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.</p><p></p><h4>Cancellation Conditions</h4><p>Please note, a cancellation is never free of charge:</p><ul class="unordered_list"><li><p>In case of non-payment of the remaining balance, your prepayment will not be refunded.</p></li><li><p>In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation cost will be charged (based upon the total amount of your Package):</p><ul class="unordered_list"><li><p>70% before November 1, 2025</p></li><li><p>80% before December 1, 2025</p></li><li><p>90% before February 1, 2026</p></li><li><p>100% as from February 1, 2026</p><p></p></li></ul></li></ul><p>Add-On Sale orders are to be paid immediately and cannot be cancelled.</p><p></p>

Festival Passes

<h2>Festival Passes - without accommodation</h2><p>You must pay your Festival Pass immediately or your order will be cancelled and your Passes will go back on sale. </p><p>Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). If not, please contact your bank. </p><p>Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected. </p><h4>Payment Methods </h4>

<p></p><h4>Cancellation Conditions</h4><p>We are sorry to inform you that all Festival Pass purchases are final. It is not possible to change, upgrade or cancel your Pass after your purchase.</p><p></p><p><strong>Exchange Desk</strong><br><br>If you are unable to attend Tomorrowland Winter 2026, you can place your Festival Pass(es) on the official Exchange Desk, available exclusively for Festival Passes without accommodation purchased directly from the festival organizer via Paylogic (not for Sunweb Packages with accommodation).<br><br>The Exchange Desk will be accessible in the Main Buyer’s Tomorrowland Account from <strong>September 27, 2025 until January 5, 2026 - 13:00 CET</strong>. Registering Passes is final and cannot be undone. Once listed, your Festival Passes will be re-offered for sale, but resale is not guaranteed.<br><br>If your Pass is sold, you will be notified by email no later than one week before the event. Refunds are processed within 4–6 weeks after Passes are sold, with a <strong>€10 fee per ticket</strong> deducted from the refunded amount.</p>
