How to order

Packages

Packages always include lodging, access to Tomorrowland Winter and a lift & ski pass. You can upgrade your Package to Comfort or Exclusive Area or Boxes.
 

STEP 1: SIGN IN OR CREATE A TOMORROWLAND COMPANY ACCOUNT

Sign into or create your Tomorrowland Company Account.
Without a Tomorrowland Company Account it is not possible to book a Hospitality Package.​

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR PACKAGE 

Go to your Tomorrowland Company Account where you can find the link to the shop.
Choose between a 7 or 4-day package before choosing your lodging.

  • Hospitality Packages always include lodging, lift & ski pass and a festival pass.

  • You cannot book multiple lodgings in 1 order. It is possible to make multiple orders.

  • First in, first served principle is applied.
     

STEP 3: DETAILS

If the Package you want is available, proceed to the next step by clicking "Complete your order". If your Package is not available or you still want to change something, you can click "Clear your basket and start over".

You will be able to upgrade your Package to a ticket type with access to the Comfort or Exclusive Area or Boxes.
 

STEP 4: COMPLETE YOUR ORDER

The Buyer Information (company name, VAT number, first name, last name, address, phone number, email, gender and date of birth) will be automatically filled in with the details from your Tomorrowland Company Account.
Select your payment method and don't forget to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Tomorrowland Winter and Sunweb.

You have 20 minutes to complete your order. 

"Proceed to payment" when you want to finalize your order.

 

STEP 5: PAYMENT

PREPAYMENT: AT THE MOMENT OF YOUR PURCHASE
At the moment of purchase, you have to make a prepayment of at least 30% up to a maximum of € 2500. 

REMAINING BALANCE: WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE
The remaining balance of your package needs to be paid within 30 days after purchase.

You need to complete each transaction at once. Using multiple cards for 1 transaction is not possible. 
It is possible to complete the prepayment and remaining balance with different cards. 

Check if the spending limit of your debit or credit card is high enough and that you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your order will automatically be cancelled.
 

STEP 6: CONFIRMATION

If your payment is accepted, the confirmation of your order will appear on your screen. It can take up to 5 hours after booking, before you receive your booking confirmation via email with the details of your order.
 

STEP 7: PERSONALIZATION

If you book a Tomorrowland Winter Package through Sunweb, you need to Personalize your order in your Manage My Booking platform. Personalize each ticket to a personal email address, not to the email address of your Company Account. 

 

STEP 8: TOMORROWLAND BRACELETS

Tomorrowland Winter Hospitality Packages with lodging with the exception of Exclusive Packages will receive their Tomorrowland Winter Bracelet(s) at home at no extra cost, in one Treasure Case per two Bracelets. You are strongly advised to double check the shipping address before November 30. You can check and adapt your shipping address in Manage my Booking.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS  

  • In case of non-payment of the remaining balance, your prepayment will not be refunded.

  • In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation cost will be charged (based upon the total amount of your Package):

    • 70% cancellation fee until November 1, 2024.

    • 80% cancellation fee until December 1, 2024.

    • 90% cancellation fee until January 1, 2025.

    • 100% cancellation fee from February 1, 2025.
       

Passes

Passes always include access to Tomorrowland Winter and lift & ski pass. During purchase, you can choose to upgrade your Pass to Comfort, Exclusive Box or Area access. 

Minimum purchase of 2 tickets per order.

STEP 1: TICKET SALE

Contact hospitality@tomorrowlandwinter.com to request access to the ticket shop. Select your tickets. If you would like Comfort or Exclusive Box Area tickets, you would need to select them at this stage. It is not possible to upgrade your ticket after purchase.


STEP 2: PERSONAL DETAILS

You need to fill in your personal details.
 

STEP 3: PAYMENT

You must pay your ticket immediately or your order will be cancelled and your tickets will go back on sale. Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). If not, please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected. In case you choose bank transfer, the payment must be made within 2 weeks.
 

STEP 4: CONFIRMATION EMAIL

After payment, you receive the confirmation email for your order. In this email you can find your order number. Save this email until the end of the festival. 
Important: Through this email, you can also request your invoice. You do not automatically receive an invoice for your order.
 

STEP 5: PERSONALIZATION

You need to personalize all tickets. Please fill in every name and email address of your friends. The personalization deadline is mentioned in your confirmation email of Paylogic. 
After personalizing your tickets, you will receive another email from Paylogic with your e-tickets.
 

STEP 6: TOMORROWLAND BRACELETS

If you buy a Tomorrowland Winter Hospitality Package without lodging, you can pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Hospitality Desk in Alpe d'Huez, always bring your E-ticket and ID. In this case, you will not receive a Treasure Case. As the festival approaches, you will receive an email with more information on where to collect your Bracelet.
