Essential Info for a Safe and Seamless Festival Experience

At the Festival

Tomorrowland Winter turns Alpe d’Huez into a snowy paradise of music and magic. From dazzling Mountain Stages to intimate village spots, world-class electronic artists perform across the slopes and the resort—all accessible to skiers and non-skiers alike. Dance from sunrise to sunset in the mountains, then continue the celebration in the ski resort and into the night at the iconic, covered and heated Mainstage. All Mountain Stages can be accessed by pedestrians.

Stages

Tomorrowland Winter uses reusable cups &amp; plates to reduce its environmental impact. To make sure all this tableware is returned, a small deposit is charged with your drinks or food. Bring your reusable cups &amp; plates to a return point to get your deposit refunded. Reusable cups and plates can be returned to designated refund points, where you will receive a refund for the returned items. Respect mother nature and her mountains. Love Tomorrow.

As you are staying in Alpe d&#039;Huez, you can easily store your belongings at your chalet or hotel. There are also a limited number of lockers available at the festival site to store your belongings. Lockers will be offered for sale in the Add-On Sale. More info about the Add-On Sale will be available at a later stage.

The ESF (French Ski School) instructors know the ski area like the back of their hand. With a wide range of equipment adapted to various disabilities, they’re ready to help you experience the joy of skiing and guide you to the Mountain Stages of Tomorrowland Winter. They are your greatest ally in discovering the mountains in a new way—while enjoying world-class DJ sets at altitude.

To facilitate access to the greatest number of people with disabilities, the number of accompanying persons on the platforms at certain stages is limited to one person. Both you and your companion must have a valid Festival ticket. Guide dogs for visually impaired people are accepted on the festival. Good to Know

Making the Tomorrowland Winter festival accessible for the greatest number of people, in all their diversity, has always been one of Tomorrowland's strong commitments. Therefore, Tomorrowland and Alpe d'Huez are providing the following services.

Disability

Tomorrowland Winter conducts an absolute zero-tolerance policy in regard to drugs. It is forbidden to use, deal, and/or to be in possession of drugs. If you are caught using and/or dealing drugs or if you are found in possession of drugs, you will be forced to leave the festival grounds. This policy is rigorously enforced and in relevant cases means handing over offenders to the Police.

It is not allowed to enter the festival grounds with the following objects: - animals (except guide dogs) - own food and drinks - spray cans - drugs (except for medications accompanied by a doctor&#039;s note) - glass - cans - plastic bottles - weapons - football club flags and shirts - sticks - walking sticks (medical crutches and devices excepted) - banners - drones - items with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions - It is strictly forbidden to bring any objects or flags bearing political or ideological messages or symbols. - blunt, stab or thrust weapons or firearms or other items that might be used as a weapon - items that might have a negative effect on the safety, health or wellbeing of other festival-goers - sprays - fireworks - liquids - torches - personal heaters - any other item that may be considered as dangerous by the organization. All directions and instructions of the (security) personnel should be followed immediately. In case of suspicion or actual possession of illegal or dangerous weapons, security is authorized to stop you.

The minimum age to enter Tomorrowland Winter is 18 years old. Note, you must be at least 18 years old before the start of the festival. This is a strict policy and no exceptions will be made, even if the minor is accompanied by an adult.

A lot of effort and manpower is invested to turn Tomorrowland Winter into a magical fairy tale world. Please show respect and act mature! If you destroy any of the decorations, access will be denied for the entire duration of the festival. The organization also reserves the right to file a criminal complaint.

Decoration

Respect the Holy Grounds of Tomorrowland Winter and Domaine de l&#039;Alpe d&#039;Huez and show respect for Mother Nature. Dispose your waste and recyclables in the right bin at one of the sorting islands at Tomorrowland Winter. The Recycle Team will be there to answer all your questions about sorting at Tomorrowland Winter and to help you keep the festival site clean.

Recycling

It is prohibited to distribute flyers or to hang posters during the festival. If you wish to promote one of your events, Tomorrowland Winter offers the possibility for you to place an advertisement in the Tomorrowland newspaper, which is distributed amongst visitors.
