Important: To participate in the Tomorrowland Winter 2027 Ticket Sale, we strongly recommend creating your account at least 2 hours before the sale starts.

Accommodation included
Festival Packages
Packages always include accommodation, access to Tomorrowland Winter and a lift & ski pass. You can add Transport or Discover Paris to your package.
• On the day of the sale, go to your Tomorrowland Account and click on the link to access the Tomorrowland Winter Sale.
• Select your transport, accommodation, your Tomorrowland ticket (with or without Comfort upgrade), and if you wish, add cancellation insurance or Discover Paris.
• If the package you want is available, proceed to the next step by clicking "Complete your order".
• If your package is not available or you still want to change something, you can click "Clear your basket" and start over.
• The main buyer's Information (first name, last name, address, phone, email, gender, and date of birth) will be automatically filled in with the details from your Tomorrowland Account.
• Select your payment method and don't forget to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Tomorrowland Winter and Sunweb. You have 20 minutes to complete your order. Make sure you already have the correct customer details before the start of the sale. "Proceed to payment" when you want to finalize your order.
The last step is to pay for your package. At the moment of purchase, you have to make a prepayment of at least 40% up to a maximum of € 2500 with a debit or credit card. The remaining balance of your package needs to be paid within 30 days after purchase via debit or credit card.
Available payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, iDeal
You need to complete each transaction at once. Using multiple cards for 1 transaction is not possible. It is however possible to complete the prepayment and remaining balance with different cards.
Check if the spending limit of your debit or credit card is high enough and that you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank.
Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your order will automatically be cancelled.
If your payment is accepted, confirmation of your order will appear on your screen. It can take up to 5 hours after booking before you receive your booking confirmation via email with the details of your order.
For each ticket, you need to fill in the name and email address of your friends in the Manage My Booking platform.
Until November 30, 2026, customization can be done free of charge on the Manage My Booking platform.
From December 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027, the main buyer may request a name change. A name change fee of €350 will be charged.
In case of non-payment of the remaining balance, your prepayment will not be refunded.
In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation cost will be charged (based upon the total amount of your Package):
• 70% cancellation fee until November 1, 2026.
• 80% cancellation fee until December 1, 2026.
• 90% cancellation fee until February 1, 2027.
• 100% cancellation fee from February 1, 2027.
Without accommodation
Festival Tickets
Tickets always include access to Tomorrowland Winter and a lift & ski pass.
• On the day of the sale, log in to your Tomorrowland Account and access the Tomorrowland Winter Ticket Sale via the dedicated link in your account.
• Choose your preferred Festival Ticket: a Regular Festival Ticket or a Comfort Festival Ticket. Make sure to select the ticket type you want, as upgrades cannot be made after purchase.
• Staying in another village? You can add a transportation pass to your order. More information can be found here.
• Carefully review and confirm your personal details before completing your order.
You must pay your Festival Ticket immediately or your order will be cancelled and your tickets will go back on sale.
Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium).
If not, please contact your bank.
Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email for your order from Paylogic. It might take up to one hour after placing your order, before you receive your confirmation email.
In this email you can find your order number, save this email until the end of the Festival.
Each Festival Ticket must be personalized. Please provide the full name and email address for each guest. The personalization deadline can be found in your confirmation email from Paylogic.
Your e-tickets will be sent out a few weeks before the event.
Please note that all Festival Ticket purchases are final. It is not possible to change, upgrade or cancel your ticket after your purchase.
Exchange Desk
If you are unable to attend Tomorrowland Winter 2027, you can place your Festival Ticket(s) on the official Exchange Desk, available exclusively for Festival Tickets without accommodation purchased directly from the festival organizer via Paylogic (not for Sunweb Packages with accommodation, nor for tickets purchased through the Business Sales platform).
The Exchange Desk will be accessible in the main buyer’s Tomorrowland Account from October 10, 2026 until January 20, 2027 - 23:59 CET. Registering tickets is final and cannot be undone. Once listed, your Festival Tickets will be re-offered for sale, but resale is not guaranteed.
If your ticket is sold, you will be notified by email no later than one week before the event. Refunds are processed within 4–6 weeks after tickets are sold, with a €10 fee per ticket deducted from the refunded amount.
