In the Visitor Experience Center, you will be able to call upon the services below:

The Visitor Experience Center will be open at the following times:
• Saturday, March 21 from 8:00 until 21:00 CET.
• Tuesday, March 24 from 8:00 until 21:00 CET.
• All other days during the festival week, from 8:00 until 20:00 CET.

The Hospitality Desk will be open at the following times:
• Saturday, March 21 from 8:00 until 21:00 CET.
• Tuesday, March 24 from 8:00 until 21:00 CET.
• All other days during the festival week from 8:30 until 12:00 CET and from 16:30 until 19:30 CET.

Lost and Found will also be available on Saturday morning, March 28 from 09:00 until 12:00 CET.

The Visitor Experience Center can be found in the AgorAlp, which is located at Avenue des Brandes 70, Alpe d'Huez, next to the festival site.
