The closest station to Alpe d’Huez is Grenoble, which has excellent rail connections both from within France and internationally.
The transfer from Grenoble station to Alpe d’Huez takes about 90 minutes – with frequent bus services and private taxis.

- Alpe d’Huez to Auris en Oisans: last departure 16:25
- Alpe d’Huez to Oz en Oisans: Last departure 16:40
- Alpe d’Huez to Villard Reculas: Last departure 16:35
- Alpe d’Huez to Vaujany: Last departure 16:20
* Only the ski lifts from the Mountain Stages to Alpe d'Huez will operate until the stages close.
