Essential Info for a Safe and Seamless Festival Experience
Tomorrowland and Alpe d'Huez provide the following services to make Tomorrowland Winter as accessible for everyone.
The festival is accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Dedicated PMR areas are available across the festival sites. Access to these areas is limited to the PMR guest and one accompanying person.
Guests with a disability can collect a dedicated Bracelet at the Info Point, located in the Visitor Experience Center, to ensure easier access to the PMR areas. To help you accommodate your specific needs and provide the best possible assistance, please complete the accessibility form below.
Please submit your request in advance, preferably at least 5 days before the event.

Accessing the Mountain Stages requires moving across snow and may require assistance for people with reduced mobility.
Specialized equipment is available for rent through our partner, the French Ski School (ESF). Given the mountain environment, which can sometimes be demanding, the ESF plays a key role in ensuring safe and comfortable access to these areas.
The ESF can also assist and advise you regarding:
• Access to ski lifts
• Accessible routes and paths
• Dedicated elevators, when available
• Personalized support based on your needs
Their team will help you plan the most suitable and accessible experience possible.
The Main Festival Area is fully equipped to welcome visitors with reduced mobility. The on-site Info Point team will be happy to assist and provide guidance on:
• Dedicated PMR spaces
• Accessible routes and pathways between festival areas
• Available accessibility equipment
They can also help answer any specific questions to ensure you can enjoy the festival comfortably and with ease.
Adapted toilets are available at the following locations:
• One at the toilets at the Main Entrance.
• One at the Comfort Area (Only accessible for Comfort and Exclusive guests.)
• One at the Cage, the Cage is accessible by elevator. Ask the crew for access to the elevator.
• One at the Chantebise Ski Lift, next to Orbyz.
• One at Frozen Lotus, inside the Folie Douce restaurant.
• One at Reflection of Love, inside the Signal restaurant.
The HandiPlan is a dedicated festival map providing all the essential information for visitors with disabilities. It highlights the accessibility of each stage, the most suitable routes, and key facilities to help you plan your arrival and move around the site with ease, including the Info Point, parking areas, accessible toilets, and more.
The map will be available below closer to the event and can also be consulted on site at the Info Point in the Visitor Experience Center.

In the village of Alpe d’Huez, a limited number of free public parking spaces are available for people with a disability. These spaces cannot be reserved in advance, as they are open to all eligible visitors. Please note that they may only be used if you hold a valid disability parking card.
If you would like guaranteed parking, you can choose to purchase a space in advance in one of the covered parking facilities in Alpe d’Huez.
The instructors from École du Ski Français (ESF) know the ski area inside out. With a wide range of adaptive equipment designed for different types of disabilities, they are fully equipped to help you experience the joy of skiing and guide you safely to the Mountain Stages of Tomorrowland Winter.
They are your greatest ally in discovering the mountains in a new way, all while enjoying world-class DJ sets at altitude.
