Personalization

Before entering the festival site, the identity of each visitor will be verified. You need to personalize all your tickets. Every single ticket needs to be addressed to each individual visitor.

FESTIVAL + LODGING PACKAGES

Attention! If you have cancellation insurance, the names attached to the insurance cannot be changed. Go to Manage My Booking to personalize your order.

STEP 1

After you have purchased tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with your package overview and the deadline for the personalization. 

STEP 2

For each ticket, you need to fill in the following personal details:

  • first name

  • last name

  • email

  • phone

  • gender

  • date of birth

STEP 3

If you booked Comfort Passes, you need to assign these to the correct person.
If you booked multiple rooms in 1 order, you need to assign these to the correct person.

STEP 4

You can only save the personalization when all the information of the entire order is completed.

Important!

  • You need to personalize each ticket in your order. You can find the personalization deadline in your confirmation email.

  • Every single ticket needs to be addressed to 1 individual. Until November 30, 2024, the personalization can be done free of charge in your account. From December 1, 2024, until January 15, 2025, the Main Buyer can request a name change. For each name change €350 of change-over costs will be charged.

  • Each ticket needs to be personalized. Tomorrowland has the right to cancel an order in case it was not personalized within the deadline. Not personalizing your order does not automatically lead to cancellation.


FESTIVAL PASSES

STEP 1

After you purchased tickets you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an email from Paylogic with a link to personalize your tickets. 

STEP 2

For each ticket you need to fill in the following personal details:

  • name

  • family name

  • email

  • gender

  • day of birth

STEP 3 

Please double-check the personal details per ticket. No changes are possible after personalization.

STEP 4

You can only confirm the personalization if all information per ticket is completed. After the confirmation, you can download the confirmation tickets. 

STEP 5

With your confirmation e-ticket and ID card, you can pick up your Bracelet at the festival site. In case you have paid for shipment, you will receive your Bracelets at home.

Important!

  • You need to personalize the tickets. You can find the personalization deadline in your Paylogic confirmation email. 

  • After the personalization period, name changes won’t be possible anymore. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to 1 individual. If the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the name on the ID, access will be denied.

  • Each ticket needs to be personalized. Tomorrowland has the right to cancel an order in case it was not personalized within the deadline. Not personalizing your order does not automatically lead to cancellation.
